  • Check your home for water leaks 

  • Have a heating professional check your heating system every year

  • Protect your home from frozen pipes 

  • Test your emergency generator

  • Inspect and clean dust from the covers of your smoke and carbon monoxide alarms

  • Make sure the caulking around doors and windows is adequate to reduce heat/cooling loss

  • Make sure that the caulking around your bathroom fixtures is adequate to prevent water from seeping into the sub-flooring

  • Remove screens from windows and install storm windows

  • Familiarize responsible family members with the gas main valve and other appliance valves

  • Clean the clothes dryer exhaust duct, damper and space under the dryer 

  • Make sure all electrical holiday decorations have tight connections

  • Inspect and clean dust from the covers of your smoke and carbon monoxide alarms

  • Check your wood deck or concrete patio for deterioration

One of our technicians will perform a home maintenance assessment as part of your annual home maintenance plan in order to better service you going forward.


You will be scheduled for a visit quarterly. We will complete as much of the maintenance as possible in the scheduled visit and advise you if more time is needed or if other repairs are recommended. Extra labor time, materials, disposal fees, permits, etc. are in addition to the Plan charges.


You will receive a set number of hours for additional handyman service per year, to be used at homeowner's discretion.

What is the price for the plan?

Our pricing ranges vary and will primarily depend on the appraised square footage of your home. We also offer senior citizen discount pricing on our maintenance plans.

How is this plan different from a home warranty plan?

Our maintenance plan is mainly designed to upkeep and maintain what you currently have in your home, versus planning for breakdowns, etc. Also, you will not be charged any fees during the visit.

Do I have the option to pay in installments or pay all at one time?

We offer flexible payment options!

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes you can cancel at any time. Please contact us at for service plan cancellation.

I am moving. Can I transfer the plan to my new home?

Absolutely! Please contact us with your new address so we can make the transfer a seamless one.

What is the process to sign up?

We start with an initial service inspection, then our representative provides the online registration link to sign up.
