ANNUAL HOME MAINTENANCE & HANDYMAN SERVICE PLAN

Take the hassle out of home maintenance with our Annual Home Maintenance & Handyman Service Plan. Preventative home maintenance increases the value of your home.

The Ant's Handyman Annual Home Maintenance & Handyman Service Plan is not like the costly Home Warranty plan we are used to hearing about. Our service plan is not only practical but provides immediate value to the average Houston homeowner concerned with keeping their home in optimal condition.

THIS PLAN IS IDEAL FOR:

  • Those who want to avoid the hassle and expense of moving and keep the equity they’ve built in their home

  • Homeowners who travel often for work

  • Owners of multiple homes

  • “Tool challenged” homeowners

  • Active families

  • Elderly homeowners

FEATURES OF THE PLAN

  • You pay an annual fee based upon the plan and square footage of your home.

  • We come out for an initial inspection, prior to performing annual maintenance services.

  • We visit your home several times per year for preventative maintenance.

  • You will receive a set number of additional hours of handyman service per year (depending on your plan).

  • You will receive priority scheduling.

  • You may also receive exclusive plan member discounts on services throughout the year (depending on the plan you select).

HOW THE PLAN WORKS

INITIAL HOME ASSESSMENT

One of our technicians will perform a home maintenance assessment as part of your annual home maintenance plan in order to better service you going forward.

SEASONAL VISITS

You will be scheduled for a visit quarterly. We will complete as much of the maintenance as possible in the scheduled visit and advise you if more time is needed or if other repairs are recommended. Extra labor time, materials, disposal fees, permits, etc. are in addition to the Plan charges.
